Azyan Awards to host renowned figures

The biggest regional names in fashion, beauty and wellness, luxury magazine editors and top image consultants will be judging the Azyan Awards competition, during Azyan Exhibition and Conference that will be inaugurated by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre (JRCC) in Sharjah.

The award features two main categories ‘Azyan Fashion Awards’ and Azyan Beauty Awards’. The three-member jury of the first category includes Rana Saab, founder of Mirror Image Consulting; young fashion entrepreneur and creator of the Bint Thani label, Khulood Thani; and Mirvat Ghanem, CEO, Founder, and Editor In Chief of Muse Arabia.

Judging the beauty awards are Nisreen Natavan, Founder and MD, The Royal Beauty House; professional makeup trainer, Nadine Mohammad; Andrew Matta, Kryolan Operation Manager.

Fashion Awards jury

Born and raised in Dubai, Khulood Thani is the first UAE national to hold a degree in Fashion Management and Marketing from ESMOD Paris. She is the co-founder of ‘Design Ras Al Khor’ for Dubai Design Week, has won several prestigious awards and represented the UAE on prestigious fashion platforms in London, Venice, Beijing and other fashion capitals.

Rana Saab is recognised as the first certified image consultant and stylist in the region. With over 12 years of experience in these fields, she is the Middle East Ambassador and liaison for the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).

MUSE ARABIA Online, headed by Mirvat Ghanem, is the first Arab e-magazine in Middle-East & GCC dedicated for women, fashion and elegance. With almost twenty years professional experience in media and fashion, she has judged for Dubai Fashion Week and the prestigious Dubai Ladies Club Oriental Red Carpet event, L’Officiel Arab Women Of The year Awards, Dubai.
