The tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa will lit up with two captivating LED shows to celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The first show, which is three minutes long will be celebrating the spiritual value of Ramadan. It would contain an inspiring display of prolific designer Karl Taylor Knight’s ground-breaking work.
The first show will also feature crescent moon, themed with Arabic lanterns and a majestic sequence of Arabic geometric patterns (mashrabiya) steeped in gold. The show is complimented by oriental music.
The second LED show is a display by painter Art Noor, it was inspired by the 99 names of Allah. The work was completed over 15 years and has been exhibited in several high-profile locations.
During the month the Burj Khalifa will have extended operational hours from 10:00am to 1:00am. The show will be displayed every hour from 7:45pm to 10:45pm on Sundays to Wednesday. On Thursdays to Saturdays, the show will be held every 30 minutes from 7:45pm to 10:45pm.
