The Abu Dhabi Public Services Company (ADSSC), Musanada carried out two infrastructure projects in the city of Mohamed Bin Zayed, at a total cost of Dhs194.6 million.
The two projects include the construction of internal roads, sewerage systems, rain and water drainage, electricity networks for 426 plots of land, 21 facilities, 16 power substations, 4 mosques, 3 schools, 15.9 kilometres of road works and 18.2 kilometres of lighting network feeding 380 lighting posts.
The cost of constructing the internal roads and infrastructure of residential plots in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in the first project was approximately Dhs92.7 million. The project was implemented on 545.4 thousand square metres, serving 202 residential plots, 10 facilities, 8 power stations, two mosques and two schools, road works of 8.2 kilometres, rainwater drainage networks with a length of 8.3 kilometres, and connections length of 31.1km, and the establishment of lighting networks of roads length of 10 kilometres and the installation of 191 lighting poles and 8 substations power stations.
The cost of first project amounted to Dhs92,7 million and was implemented on 545.4 thousand square metres to serve 202 residential plots. It includes the construction of 10 facilities, 8 power stations, two mosques and two schools, road works of 8.2 kilometres, rainwater drainage networks with a length of 8,3 kilometres, a drinking water network with a length of 7,9 kilometres, a communications network with a length of 31,1 kilometres, lighting networks of roads with a length of 10 kilometres and the installation of 191 lighting posts and 8 power substations.
The second project’s cost amounted about Dhs101.9 million. It includes the construction of roads and infrastructure on an area of 443,6 thousand square metres to serve 224 residential plots. It also includes the construction of 11 facilities, 8 power substations, and 2 mosques and a school. Besides, it includes the implementation of road works and infrastructure of 7,7 kilometres, the establishment of rainwater drainage networks with a length of 7,1 kilometres, a drinking water network with a length of 7,5 kilometres and a communication network with a length of 28,2 kilometres, as well as lighting networks of roads with a length of 8,2 kilometres and the installation of 189 lighting posts.
The Musanada company affirmed its commitment to applying the highest levels of security and safety in design and implementation, planning green spaces and providing paths for both cyclists and pedestrians.
