RTA awards contract worth Dhs500 million for Al Khawaneej Corridor

The project aims to reduce traffic delays in Dubai.
The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) in Dubai has announced its awarding an Dhs500 million contract to improve Al Khawaneej Corridor Project.
The project covers the construction of three main junctions at Al Khawneej and Al Amardi Streets and service roads extending 23 kilometres. It will also link Al Awir and Al Khawaneej areas and improves accessibility to Airport Street.
