Malls offer a host of festive offerings

It’s that wonderful time of year again when festivities are in full swing, families celebrate and feast, and children indulge in play and fun.
From mini-golf on ice to 24-hour movie screenings at Reel Cinemas, this Eid Al-Fitr, Emaar Entertainment is bringing a host of exciting activities and entertainment for the whole family starting from the first day of Eid.
Dubai Ice Rink at The Dubai Mall has launched a 9-hole mini golf course where you can challenge friends and family for only Dhs40 per person. Suitable for all ages, the ultimate chillout mini-golf course features a dedicated entrance and seating area for spectators where they can also indulge in food and beverage options.
The Dubai Mall’s VR Theme Park brings thrilling new rides and arcade games that let you experience navigating through space, jumping off buildings, fighting robots and so much more. Special packages include the Super 7 pass at a cost of Dhs119 or the Super 7 Plus pass costing Dhs169, which includes The Super 7 pass and an additional Dhs100 credit to play arcade games.
Movie buffs have a reason to celebrate – Reel Cinemas – The Dubai Mall will be open for an incredible 24 hours over Eid, giving you the choice of your favourite experience across Reel Junior, Platinum Movie Suites, Dolby Cinema and Dine-in Cinema. Eid releases include The Secret Life of Pets 2, John Wick 3, X-Men: Dark Phoenix and Rashid & Rajab.
There will be a special screening of Rashid & Rajab at Reel Cinemas – The Dubai Mall on the first day Eid at 7pm. The comedy sees a prominent Emirati businessman swap bodies with an Egyptian delivery driver with hilarious results. To meet fans, the film’s director, Mohammed Saeed Harib will be in attendance at the screening together with the movies’ stars, Shadi Alfons and Sheema. Tickets are priced at Dhs75 per person.
Ramadan Nights 2019, which is being held at Expo Centre Sharjah from May 23 – June 8, is continuing to attract more visitors through a series of outstanding promotional deals and recreational activities.
