Video: Abu Dhabi Police seize 423 kg of drugs, arrest 12 Asians

The Abu Dhabi Police have seized 423 kilogrammes of heroin and crystal meth drugs hidden in vehicle parts.
The police arrested 12 Asians involved in the racket. The drugs were hidden in different areas of the country. Police said they also seized half a million captagon tablets.
Colonel Taher Gharib Al Dhaheri, Director of the Drug Control Department, said that they launched an operation to catch the criminals.
He said that the security procedures were followed, and the secret operation was carried out according to plan. The police destroyed the criminal network. The network was administered from outside the state, to target the country and lure youth to substance abuse.
Colonel Al Dhaheri stressed that Abu Dhabi Police are determined to combat all kinds of drug trafficking while highlighting the positive results of the operation.
