Visitors rush to malls as offers attract many

As part of the 22nd Edition of the Dubai Summer Surprises the highly-anticipated “Deal of the Day” (DOTD) has draw a huge turnout of customers in the city’s malls flooded with shoppers as they take advantage of the incredible offers and promotions.

All DOTD deals are available for one day only until stocks last, so shoppers are encouraged to head to the selected mall each day to take advantage of the exclusive promotion.

The Dubai Summer Surprises has been started from June 21 till Aug.3. Majid Al Futtaim Shopping Malls in Dubai invite residents and tourists to take advantage of the massive discounts, live entertainment and family activities throughout summer. It’s the perfect time to spruce up your wardrobe, try out new restaurants and spend more time with your family in the cool indoors. 

Majid Al Futtaim will launch an exclusive 12-hour sale from noon to midnight on June 21, in partnership with the Dubai Festival & Retail Establishment, and in line with the Dubai Retail Calendar, at Mall of the Emirates and City Centres Deira, Mirdif, Me’aisem, Al Shindagha and My City Centre Al Barsha.

Participating retail outlets will offer attractive discounts of up to 90 per cent on fashion, jewellery, homeware and electronics. Shoppers will also have the chance to win a Mall GiftCard worth Dhs50,000 when spending Dhs300. 

There will be complimentary parking for shoppers during this sale.

Mall of the Emirates and City Centres Deira, Mirdif, Me’aisem, Al Shindagha and My City Centre Al Barsha will have up to 75 per cent discounts on popular international fashion, technology, jewellery and homeware brands.

At Mall of the Emirates, shop for Dhs600 and get a chance to win every day, for 44 days. Shoppers will be part of a daily draw to win an Dhs10,000 Mall GiftCard.

Mall of the Emirates has also launched ‘Summer D’Or,’ an initiative to enhance the luxury-customer journey and offer instant rewards and customised services to them this season. Any purchase of a designer piece from Mall of the Emirates will get you instant rewards during the Summer D’Or campaign.

All summer, shoppers who spend Dhs3,000 at participating luxury stores at Mall of the Emirates will get an instant three per cent cash reward in the form of a Mall GiftCard.
