But that is not the case with a young Saudi citizen. Meet Youssef Bin Rizkallah, who is deaf and mute. This situation didn’t stop him from working and having a normal life.
Youssef is a resident of Makkah. He is married and has a daughter. He makes his means to run his family and live a normal life.

The 30-year-old Saudi works for a company, and travels 10km daily against all odds on his scooter, Saudi Arabia’s Sabq online newspaper reported.
He calls his scooter his best mate. The only way to communicate with Youssef is through writing. In writing, he says he just wants to provide for the living of his family members. He lives in a rented apartment in Makkah.
Youssef’s determination to fight against all odds and make a better place for himself and his family members inspires all segments of society.
Youssef is a high school graduate with advanced computer knowledge. He joined his workplace a year ago. The agile Saudi is constantly looking for a break in the public sector, wherever he can be accommodated.
