Four Emirati family members killed in Saudi road accident

Four members of a UAE family were killed and three others moderately injured in a traffic accident that took place near Hijrat Al Taweela, Saudi Arabia, in the early hours of Wednesday, according to Saudi Arabia’s Al Ahsa Health Affairs Directorate.

The injured people were admitted to King Fahad Hospital in Al Hofuf for medical treatment.

The directorate said its operations room received a report about the accident from the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.

The directorate said it instructed all its hospitals to be fully ready to handle the accident. It also made available three teams from the General Directorate of Emergency and Disaster and Ambulance Services to help the Red Crescent Authority teams.
