Driver in dock for groping woman at beach

A driver is facing trial at the Court of First Instance in Dubai for gropping a woman.
According to the complaint, the incident happened at the beach in Jumeriah on Aug.2.
The defendant allegedly forcibly hugged and inappropriately touched her.
The 32-year-old driver confessed to swimming close to the 42-year old cleaner, but he said he mistaknely touched her thighs.
The case has been adjourned to Sept.18.
