Dubai to list top 3 best and worst service centres from next year: Hamdan

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, on Sunday announced that Dubai government will begin listing its best and worst service centre from the next year.
Sheikh Hamdan tweeted “Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, we will announce at the start of each year the best and worst-performing 3 Customer Happiness government centres in Dubai. The first announcement will be made on January 18, 2020.”
“We are committed to full transparency in announcing these results. We expect Customer Happiness to be treated as a priority as the goal is to serve and satisfy every customer of government services in the emirate,” Crown Prince tweeted further.
“I will personally monitor Dubai’s drive to boost the quality of services. I expect a lot of teams to achieve unprecedented success. All entities must realize that we all work under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed, who only recognises excellence and being No. 1.”
