The jobs were divided as follows: 23 in Sharjah City, 37 in Khor Fakkan, 37 in Kalba, 16 in Dibba Al Hisn, 10 in Al Dhaid, 12 in Al Madam, 14 in Mleiha, 2 in Al Batayeh, 4 in Al Hamriya and 6 in Wadi Al Helou.
Each of the 75 male and 86 female beneficiaries will work in the city or region he or she belongs to.
A list of new appointments for these categories will be announced every week in co-ordination with Sharjah’s Department of Human Resources and Department of Statistics with Sheikh Sultan’s direct follow-up.
This was announced by Mohammed Khalaf, Director General of Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, while presenting the Direct Line programme broadcast live on Sharjah radio and TV.
“We have just received first-hand information from HH Sheikh Sultan. It is a list that shows that there are categories in the society that need to be appointed urgently and that the Department of Statistics and Department of Human Resources are working on finding jobs for them with direct follow-up from HH Sheikh Sultan,” he said, adding that the categories were defined based on information provided by Sharjah’s Department of Statistics.
