Ministry calls upon UAE employers to keep flexible working hours for employees due to unstable weather
In a circular issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation UAE employers were asked to prioritise the safety of their employees during the current unstable weather conditions.
The ministry circular on twitter reminded residents of an earlier circular it issued last year, which highlighted the following points:
* Provide employee with safety requirements amid the unstable weather conditions.
* Take late arrival to work into consideration.
* Raise employees' awareness of road safety instructions
* Ensure flexible working hours
