Airport-bound passengers must start early during peak holiday period, advises RTA

Passengers heading to the airport during the peak holiday period should leave for the airport four hours before their flight, advised Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority on Thursday.
The RTA warned about impending traffic on the roads heading to terminals 1 and 3 in a tweet.
For easy movement, passengers using the Dubai Metro are allowed to carry up to two pieces of luggage.
The Dubai International Airport expects over 5 million of passengers passing through it during the peak period.
The period began from December 19 and will keep going on till Jan.6.
