The Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada), in cooperation with the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City and strategic partners, is implementing a project in the south of Al Wathba to construct external roads and an infrastructure network.
The network, according to Musanada extends from the main road to four residential blocks, at a cost of Dhs314,250,000. It allegedly includes the provision of infrastructure requirements such as electric cables, sewage networks, storm water drainage networks, communication towers and gardens.
Musanada explained that the project will be completed within 21 months.
Musanada indicated that it is working with strategic partners to accelerate the pace of work to coincide with the project’s pre-set schedule, affirming its intention to develop an initiative to use artificial intelligence applications to support global best practices in projects management.
“Some initiatives related to artificial intelligence in connection with health and safety are applied in the road and infrastructure projects by providing equipment remotely controlled through the GPS through entering the coordinates of the drilling and filling sites without the need for the human element,” the company added.
Musanada pointed out that it emphasized the drivers of heavy vehicles working on the project site to ensure there are no obstacles surrounding the vehicle during work, stressing the need to provide an automatic mechanism to draw water from the tanks by opening and closing the water taps automatically without the need to get off the vehicle or the need for an employee to operate this mechanism.
