Man molests Dubai jobseeker repeatedly, threatens to slander her

A 40-year-old Asian salesman was referred to the Criminal Court for repeatedly molesting his female family friend, during her stay at his father’s house.

Details of the incident date back to last August, when the victim entered the UAE with a visit visa to hunt for jobs and was staying at the defendant’s family house.

The victim was repeatedly molested and seduced by the defendant who sought physical relations with her.

The defendant attempted to tempt the victim with a monthly financial deal, and tried to convince her not to look for any jobs.

The scared victim kept quiet for a long time and did not tell his family members about his actions, but was eventually fed up and decided to run away from the house.

The defendant then created a fake Facebook account, with the intention of defaming the victim.

He posted multiple pictures of the victim online, and began to slander her by saying she was romantically involved with married men.

Accordingly, the defendant was detained and referred to the Criminal Court to be punished for his heinous actions.
