In court, the suspect denied sending porn material to the victim, stating that at the time, he was outside the country.
His lawyer said the case was not within the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts, affirming that the suspect was abroad at the time of the crime.
The lawyer added the case should not be heard, as the victim filed another lawsuit in the suspect’s country. He submitted a memo including copies of the previous rulings.
