Lopburi is home to thousands of wild monkeys that roam the streets and buildings. Many live in the grounds of the city's ancient Buddhist temples.
The monkeys are divided into two, those who live in the temple area and those in the city.
The territories of the primates are usually divided by a train track, they hardly meet, until the Wednesday meet up that led to a fight.
