A Pakistani woman in the city of Peshwar has filed a case against her husband for up keep and custody of her two minor sons.
The husband, who she referred to as “TikTok daddy,” is fond of sharing videos of him and his sons on the social media app.
According to the woman, her husband has four wives and she is the third. He has a total of 13 children and prior to his four marriages he had been married to two wives.
The woman claimed that the husband only provides upkeep for his other wives becauae they readily make TikTok videos with him.
Samiullah Khan, judge at the family court, after preliminary hearing issued notice to the defendant, Waheed Murad, to appear in court on April 2.
She added that two of her children had opted to make TikTok videos with their father. He has made them leave their studies and focus on TikTok only.
According to the wife’s counsel the defendant has 114,000 followers on TikTok.
She alleges that he beats her for sending her children to school.
The wife is hopeful that the court will rule in a favor of her getting up keep money from the defendant. Also, get the custody of her two sons, so, they can go back to school.
