VIDEO: Children team up with Dubai Police to thank frontline defenders and urge everyone to 'Stay Home'

It has been over three months since the coronavirus pandemic hit the world. While countries like China are slowly going back to regular programming, the number of positive cases and deaths are increasing in other countries.
The government of the UAE has been working tirelessly to ensure that residents are safe, from imposing a 24-hour sterilisation programme in Dubai to calling on all the residents to ensure they wear face masks while going out.
Dubai Police took to their social media platform to share a video of children encouraging people to stay at home.
The video read, “In all world languages, our children share a message of thanks and appreciation for all those on the frontline of defence. They also advise you to #StayHome. With regards from Hemaya International Centre, an affiliate of Dubai Police's Anti-Narcotics Department. #HemayaPlatform #YourSecurityOurHappiness…”

Meanwhile, as part of intensified efforts to combat the coronavirus, the Dubai Health Authority announced that it has opened a drive-through COVID-19 testing centre at the Al Nasr Club for the general public.
Open from 8.00am to 6.30pm daily for both nationals and expatriates, the centre enables members of the public to do a five-minute test free of charge without having to leave their car. Test results will be available in 48 hours.
The drive-through facility, with a capacity of more than 250 tests per day, supports efforts to protect the health and safety of the community by giving people an easily accessible centre to test for COVID-19.
The centre caters to senior citizens; pregnant women; people of determination; people with chronic diseases; and people with COVID-19 symptoms. Staffed by various highly-trained medical personnel, the new centre is one of the three testing centres run by DHA in Dubai.
