Dubai witnessed the departure of dozens of people infected with coronavirus from the health isolation area in the Warsan region. The individuals have been cleared of the infection and passed through the isolation period. It has been confirmed that they are in good health.
So far, the UAE has recorded a total of 7,755 cases. According to the ministry, a total of 1,443 people have recovered and 46 individuals have passed away.
Since the break out of the pandemic, the UAE has enforced social-distancing with all the Emirates going through sterilization programme.
For the past two weeks, Dubai has been going through 24-hours sterilisation programme to curtail the spread of the virus, restricting movement among residents of the Emirate.
Other Emirates have enforced sterilization programme from 8:00p.m- 6:00a.m daily.
In the last 24-hours, the ministry has conducted 30,000 tests.
The Ministry plans to carry out the tests across the country, testing every resident in the UAE.
