Yas Island took to its social media platform to share a video celebrating the heroes in the times of COVID-19.
The rap music video, with visuals of residents and streets of Abu Dhabi and the UAE, was captioned, “A special #salute to all the real-life heroes of the UAE, thank you for all for your courageous efforts saving lives every day.”
The video was shared on its official Twitter account.
So far, the UAE has confirmed a total number of 8,238 cases; 1,546 people have recovered and 52 people have passed away.
According to the UAE health ministry, 31,807 COVID-19 tests were conducted on Wednesday.

Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), the UAE’s largest healthcare network, has established three field hospitals in the UAE as it continues to play an integral role in the frontlines of the nation’s efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
The field hospitals are located in the Emirates Humanitarian City located in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre.
The field hospital in Emirates Humanitarian City spans over 29,000 square metres. The construction of the field hospital will be finalised by the first week of May and will be managed by a medical team of 200 healthcare professionals, with a capacity to serve 1,200 patients.
The Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre spreads across 31,000 square metres. It has the capacity to cater to 1,000 patients and is staffed by a medical team of 150 healthcare professionals.
