The Ras Al Khaimah Public Services Department announced the reopening of the emirate’s beaches to the public, but with precautionary controls.
The Ras Al Khaimah authorities have laid down strict guidelines:
1- Public beaches are prohibited for the presence of those under the age of 12 years, as well as those over the age of 60.
2- Visitors will not be allowed to crowd the beach over 30% of the beach capacity.
3- Beachgoers need to wear face masks and gloves.
4- Gatherings of more than 5 individuals — even if they are from the same family — are prohibited.
5- Leave a distance of not less than 2 metres between people.
6- People should leave a distance of at least 6 feet when exercising.
7 - It is also prohibited to smoke, ignite and barbecue on the beaches.
Do not violate rules and do not subject yourself to legal accountability and expect financial fines in coordination with the competent authorities in the emirate.
