Arab man in the dock for sexually assaulting Brazilian woman in Dubai club

The Dubai Public Prosecution referred a 30- year-old Arab man to criminal court for sexually assaulting a Brazilian woman in a Dubai nightclub.

Official records indicate that the defendant took advantage of the situation and sexually assaulted the drunk woman.

The victim furiously slapped the defendant after the incident, and immediately alerted security guards at the club and called the police to report the incident.

The defendant claimed that he mistakenly bumped into the victim and did not intentionally touch her body.

Accordingly, the defendant is being charged for the committed sexual assault, and the victim was also charged for illegal drinking, and both were referred to criminal court to be punished for breaking the law.
