Sharjah Police and Chamber of Commerce join hands to enhance security

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, praised the collaboration between Sharjah Police and Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aimed at enhancing pillars of progress and development in the field of security, and economic development of the Emirate.

This came during a meeting that was held at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the presence of Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mohammed Ahmed Amin, Director General of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director of the Sharjah Police Central Operation, and Colonel Nasser Saeed bin Afasan, Director of e-services and communications at the Sharjah Police.

The meeting discussed the development project of Sharjah’s Industrial Area 10, in order to improve infrastructure quality and set a comprehensive vision of security system.

Furthermore, Major  General Al Shamsi stressed on the keenness of Sharjah Police to develop mechanism of the security system to suit the urban and economic renaissance witnessed by Sharjah Emirate, as well as enable the full functioning of its business environment, in line with the Ministry of Interior’s vision of making the UAE the safest place in the world.
