Two Asians booked for assaulting man in Dubai

Two Asian men, a driver and a Dubai visitor, were jailed for brutally assaulting a man after he refused to keep a bag of liquor in his possession.

Official records indicate that the victim was near Al Shandagha Area when he met the first defendant, who handed him a bag of liquor bottles.

When the victim learned about the bag’s content, he refused to take it, but the defendant insisted and claimed that he is wanted by police for illegal selling of alcohol.

The victim maintained his refusal and threatened the defendant to call the police.

The defendant got angry and waited for the second defendant to arrive with four other runaway accomplices, and suddenly began to brutally beat the victim causing a permanent disability to him.
