VIDEO: Burj Khalifa marks Emirati Women's Day

The tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa lit up with captivating LED shows to mark the Emirati Women's Day on Friday evening.

The Burj Khalifa’s Twitter account said, “This Emirati Women's Day, we celebrate every Emirati woman who dared to dream, create and push boundaries. #BurjKhalifa #EmiratiWomensDay #motherofthenation…”

In Abu Dhabi, iconic buildings were lit up with the logo of Emirati Women’s Day, in celebration of the pivotal role of Emirati women across numerous fields.

The Abu Dhabi Media office said, “Emirati women represent a leading international example of female empowerment, and play a key role in promoting families, society and the whole country.”
