Marine rescue teams managed to successfully rescue a 3-year-old boy who stuck his hand inside a drainage pipe of a swimming pool in Dubai.
Rescue teams reached the scene in a record timing, saving the little boy on time after the water pressure inside the open pipe made it difficult for the child to take his hand out.
The parents calmed the crying child down so rescue teams could handle the situation.

The pool was emptied of its water, electricity was cut off and teams used various devices to break down the concrete tiles around the pipe in order to save the boy.
The terrified child was successfully rescued, and police teams urged parents to stay alert for their children and supervise them when in swimming pools in order to avoid the occurrence any tragic accidents.
Police stressed on the importance of contacting the toll-free number 999 in case of such emergencies.
