India on Wednesday once again extended the suspension of all international flights to and from India until Nov.30.
However, according to an official statement the suspension won’t affect cargo flights and the flights approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
The official statement also says that some international flights may be allowed on select routes, subject to approval by competent authorities and will be on a case-to-case basis.
India had suspended all national and international flights on March 25 due to the nationwide lockdown to check the spread of COVID-19.
Domestic flights were allowed to resume operations from May end.
