Asian arrested for drugging woman in Dubai

The Dubai Public Prosecution has referred a 30-year-old Asian man to criminal court for drugging a woman without her knowledge.

Official records indicate that the defendant was arrested on drug charges, along with his victim, who was drugged by the defendant with Amphetamine and Methamphetamine drugs for mysterious reasons.

Medical tests confirmed the presence of the mentioned drugs in the victim’s system, and accordingly, the two of them were apprehended and referred to criminal court.

In a separate case, a 35-year-old Asian salesman was jailed for facilitating drugs to two other individuals in Dubai.

Details of the incident took place when anti-narcotics teams received a tip off about the defendant, pointing at his usage and possession of hashish and crystal meth drugs.

An arrest warrant was issued against the defendant, and police teams raided his house to find the illegal drugs hidden inside.

At the time of the arrest, the defendant was accompanied by an individual who seemed to be in an unstable state of mind.

Upon investigations, it was revealed that the defendant was the one who facilitated drugs to his friends.

Drug possession charges were filed against the defendant and his accomplices.
