I called the Dubai Municipality and reported condition of the bird and that it needed help. They asked me to send a picture of the bird via WhatsApp and share its location as well. In less than half an hour, they rescued the bird and sent to me a picture of it to reassure me about its condition. It was fine and undergoing the necessary treatment.
