50-year-old Arab teacher jailed for sexually harassing 14-year-old student in Dubai

A 50-year-old Arab man was arrested and referred to criminal court by the Dubai Public Prosecution for molesting a female student in Dubai.
The incident date back to last October when the student filed a police report against the defendant, claiming that he had been sexually harassing her on multiple occasions.
The victim also said that the defendant revealed his love for her repeatedly and she had avoided him many times.
On the day of the incident, the defendant suddenly groped her, but the courageous 14-year-old victim returned home and informed her mother, who reported it to the police immediately in an attempt to protect her daughter.
The defendant was arrested and referred to criminal court on sexual assault charges.
In November, the Dubai Public Prosecution referred a 39-year-old Asian visitor to criminal court for sexually assaulting a woman inside an elevator in Dubai.
The incident dates back to last August, when the victim was walking towards her residence in Al Nahda Area.
She had doubts that she was being followed by someone.
As she arrived near her building’s elevator, the defendant appeared out of the blue and entered into the same elevator.
The defendant took advantage of the victim’s vulnerability and groped her.
The scared victim screamed and immediately left the elevator once it opened.
When the victim told her husband about the incident, he immediately filed a police complaint against the defendant.
Police identified the defendant and apprehended him on sexual assault charges.
