Two French soldiers die in northern Mali on Saturday after their vehicle hit an improvised explosive device.
Three other soldiers were killed in the same manner few days after. Their death makes it 50 French soldiers that have died in Mali since the French intervened in 2013.

Yvonne Huynh, aged 33 and mother of a young child, was the first female soldier killed in since the French operation began in the Sahel region.
Loic Risser was 24. Both were members of a regiment specialising in intelligence work.
Another soldier got injured in the blast but it was not life-threatening, the statement added.
