Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, announced the top three best performing Dubai government entities of 2020.
Sheikh Hamdan took to Twitter and said, “As promised in September 2019,the results of Dubai Gov't Customer & Employee Happiness Index are released every year on January 18. This year's results are promising, despite global COVID-19 challenges. Average customer happiness reached 84% & average employee happiness reached 89%.”
He said, “We congratulate the top 3 entities scoring the highest employee happiness score: Dubai Statistics, Dubai Police and Dubai Public Prosecution.
Dubai Police also ranked 1st in customer happiness, while Dubai RTA and Dubai Health Authority came in 2nd and 3rd, respectively.”
Hamdan said, “Dubai government operations involve a focus on excellence and innovation. The happiness of the customer and employee is never absent from the mind of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE Ruler of Dubai.”
“We look forward to further achieving the aspirations of every customer and employee of the Gov't of Dubai,” Sheikh Hamdan added.
Hamdan directed government agencies to work to continue their efforts to develop services, to keep pace with the aspirations of customers in accordance with the highest international standards and practices, and to strengthen the spirit of one team Dubai to become the happiest city in the world.
