He then captured the Burj Khalifa piercing the sky surrounded by fog.
Sheikh Hamdan also captured Downtown Dubai completely blanketed by fog.

The UAE weather body said that the lowest temperature recorded over the country was 5.8°C in Raknah (Al Ain) at 7am UAE local time, while the highest temperature recorded over the country was 31.2°C in Kalba, Sharjah at 2pm.

Visibility was reduced to 100 metres in Dubai’s Marina area.
Police patrols were dispatched to major roads to manage the flow of traffic.

Though the authorities warned of the fog, the density and reduced visibility was a surprise for the morning commuters.
A resident in the Marina area woke up to see the surroundings completely blanketed in fog.
The UAE authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution in the streets.
The Dubai Police urged motorists to keep a safe distance between cars and adjust their speed to the weather conditions in the coming days.
The police also urged motorists to use low-beam lights and indicate clearly when changing lanes.
