The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) recorded 3,251 new coronavirus cases on Friday.
Additionally, 3,860 individuals have recovered and 14 people passed away.
Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry has conducted 148,574 additional COVID-19 tests in the last 24 hours.

In a statement, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.
The UAE has recorded 320,126 coronavirus cases since the outbreak, 297,040 have recovered and 902 individuals passed away.
