The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) recorded 2,721 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday.
Additionally, 1,666 individuals have recovered and 15 people passed away.
Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry conducted 225,159 additional COVID-19 tests in the last 24 hours.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.
Since the outbreak of the virus, the UAE has recorded 396,771 positive cases, 383,998 have recovered and 1, 253 have passed away.
