Since the global outbreak, Cambodia has recorded 1,124 positive cases, it is among the fewest cases in Asia.
However, since Feb.20, there has been a surge in cases. The man tested positive on Feb.27.
Cambodia has started its COVID-19 vaccination programme last month.
