Sharjah Police to test residents seeking driving licences at their place of choice

The Sharjah Police, represented by the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, have added a new service titled “External Inspection for drivers,” aimed at easing up procedures for motorists and raising customer satisfaction level.

The service is to be added to distinguished services provided by police, which also aimed at achieving the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior to enhance customer happiness.

Lt. Colonel Khalid Muhammad Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police, pointed out that the recently added ‘external inspection service’ allows customers residing in Sharjah who have a final vehicle driving test date (City test) to have the opportunity to obtain a test service from their whereabouts, whether at home or work, in which the administration’s examiner will go to the customer’s whereabouts to conduct the driving test for him, then return it to his first place after submitting a request for the service when reserving the examination appointment in exchange for (100) Dirhams added to the examination fee.
