His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, commended Sergeant Ahmed Hassan Al Hammadi of Sharjah Police, for his praiseworthy attitude as embodied in helping a person whose vehicle broke down on a bridge in Sharjah and paying the vehicle recovery charges.
Sheikh Mohamed affirmed that providing assistance and benevolence are deeply rooted values in the UAE society, praising all those who serve people sincerely and represent the values of his society.
Sheikh Mohamed tweeted: “Zein Al Abideen described how responsibility and empathy are the values of our nation, and Sergeant Ahmed Al Hammadi demonstrated these values through his exceptional actions. I would like to thank both of them and all those serving on the frontlines - we salute you.”
Lt. General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, commented on Sheikh Mohamed’s tweet saying: "This is the fruit of your directives and constant care. The noble morals and humanitarian values you have instilled and is still instilling in your people and UAE residents help humanity go to higher levels.”

Last week, Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander in Chief of Sharjah Police, honoured Sergeant Ahmed Hassan Al Hammadi of the Traffic and Patrols Department, for helping one of the vehicle drivers whose vehicle suddenly broke down on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road.
This came after a resident thanked Sergeant Al Hammadi via a radio station, praising him for providing immediate and urgent assistance to him after calling the Central Operations Room at the of the Sharjah Police Command, reporting that his vehicle suddenly broke down on the highway.
Major General Al Shamsi praised the act of Sergeant Al Hammadi, stressing that it reflects the Sharjah Police’s keenness to provide assistance to all members of the society, and rapid response to all situations, to ensure and achieve public safety.
“Al Hammadi is an honoruable model for police officers, and his act reflects our dedication to the job,” Al Shamsi added.
