VIDEO: Woman driving in wrong direction collides with a truck, charred to death in Egypt

A terrible road accident took place in Egypt resulting in the death of a woman.

The woman was driving in the wrong direction and collided with a heavy vehicle. The car and the body were burnt beyond recognition.

A video circulating on social media showed the car travelling against the direction of traffic on a highway in Egypt. The car was travelling at a great speed.

A security source said, “The driver of the car is a woman who has not yet been identified as a result of her body being completely charred after her car was on fire after the accident.”

It was believed that she was traveling on the desert road.

The source explained that the security forces moved to the scene of the incident immediately after accident, explaining that the prosecution had authorised the burial of the woman’s body.

The prosecution asked officials to look into all the security cameras on the road to get more details about the car.

Authorities have been urged to search for any photos that were taken of the car before it burned to find out its licence plate number, from which they will identity of the owner.
