The event, organised in collaboration with Sharjah Entrepreneurship Foundation “Ruwad”, Life Pharmacy, Sharjah Institute for Heritage and Sharjah Police will take place from April 28 – May 1, 2021, after Iftar time. With a set of interesting exhibitions and colourful lighting throughout destination, Ramadan Nights will be the perfect time for a get-together with your family and friends.
Sharjah Entrepreneurship Foundation “Ruwad” Exhibition is an exhibition that aims to bring Emirati entrepreneurs and distinguished entrepreneurs together in one platform to display small and medium enterprises which are supported by various programs in the country.
The exhibition will also provide participants with the opportunity to highlight their innovative projects and benefit from the competitive atmosphere in addition to direct marketing of their products. The exhibition aims to identify national products and industries and market them socially while contributing to creating opportunities for acquaintance and cooperation among entrepreneurs.
Sharjah Institute for Heritage Exhibition: The exhibition will feature a photo gallery of the Founding Father of UAE, Late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s journey and his openness to other cultures.
The exhibition will also include Emirati traditional games and will present traditional heritage elements of the UAE. The exhibition displays and artworks are inspired by Emirati games created by children in the past to entertain themselves. With time, these traditional games have turned to be a crucial aspect of the heritage of the United Arab Emirates.
Sharjah Police - Hope Exhibition: The Exhibition will be showcasing inmates’ creativity and technical skills to encourage them to undertake a variety of programmes and businesses. “Hope” is the title for these artistic creations that express and speak the values of tolerance and other sublime human meanings. In addition to the exhibition, Sharjah Police will run storytelling and community awareness sessions.
Keeping the health and safety of the visitors’ paramount, the exhibitions are designed by ensuring safety for everyone and in adherence to all precautionary COVID-19 protocols enforced in the UAE.
An earlier report said the Ramadan Nights 2021, the ultimate shopping, entertainment, culinary and cultural destination for 17 nights, the region’s largest and most popular Ramadan fair, was launched on Thursday at the Expo Centre Sharjah amid a terrific festive atmosphere.
Organised and hosted by Expo Centre Sharjah from April 22 until May 8 with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Ramadan Nights caters for all the needs of shoppers and visitors and offer some incredible deals on a wide range of products, including fashion, sports equipment, handicraft products, artefacts, home appliances, food, and traditional Emirati dishes.
The opening was attended by Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Chairman of Expo Centre, Waleed Abdul Rahman Bukhatir, SCCI Second Vice-Chairman, board members of the Chamber and the Expo Centre, Saif Mohamed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, Jamal Bu Zinjal, Head of SCCI Media Department, and Sultan Shattaf, Sales and Marketing Director, Expo Centre Sharjah, where they toured the exhibition pavilions and met with exhibitors who briefed them on the offered products.
This year’s Ramadan Nights features more than 300 exhibitors who are displaying more than 1,000 brands at nearly 10,000 sq m of exhibition space, with exclusive and huge discounts of up to 70 per cent on leading brands and a chance to win a luxurious BMW car, shopping vouchers and other valuable prizes in raffle draws.
