Emirates Airlines has suspended passenger flights from India effective April 24 until June 30, 2021, according to a statement on its website.
Furthermore, passengers who have transited through India in the last 14 days will also not be accepted to travel from any other point to the UAE.
UAE nationals, holders of UAE Golden Visas and members of diplomatic missions who comply with the revised published COVID‑19 protocols will be exempt for travel.
The airline says it regrets any inconvenience caused to passengers.
Airline has advised passengers to keep their ticket for future flight
It said passengers don’t need to call airlines office if they choose to keep their ticket for future flights.
Passengers are told that they can get all the information on “Keep your ticket” option on website.
For further details passengers are asked to contact their booking office when they are ready to travel.
For rebooking flight to another date passengers are asked to contact their travel agent or booking office.
