Teams from three Civil Defence stations in Dubai are dealing with a fire that broke out in a residential apartment in Al Riqqa in Dubai.
Earlier, the operations room of the General Directorate of Civil Defence in Dubai received a report at 9:01am on Wednesday that a fire erupted in Al Riqqa.

As a competent authority and a first responder, the Port Saeed Firefighting and Rescue Station rushed to the scene and upon arrival at 9:07am it was found that the fire erupted in a residential apartment on the 14th floor of Al Saqr Tower.
The teams evacuated the building and started fighting the fire. This continued till 9:40am when the fire was reportedly brought under control. The Port Saeed Civil Defence Station, Al Ras Civil Defence Station and Al Karama Civil Defence Station took part in the firefighting operations. No casualties were reported as a result of the fire.
