Police arrest European with marijuana, crystal meth and LSD in Dubai

A 38-year-old European employee was arrested and referred to criminal court on charges of drug possession, after he was caught facilitating marijuana, crystal meth and LSD drugs to his friend in Dubai.

The Dubai Court records indicate that the incident took place during last February, after the defendant’s accomplice was apprehended in possession of LSD.

He admitted to Dubai Police that the European defendant was supplying him with the drugs for free.

Police set an ambush plan to place the defendant under arrest.

They successfully seized 4.55g of hashish, 3.35g of crystal meth and an LSD sticker weighing 0.03g.

The defendant was prosecuted by the Dubai Public Prosecution on drug-trafficking charges, and a maximum prison-sentence is awaiting for him.
