It also said Al Dhafra Region’s Hameem and Liwa received light rain.
Light rain was experienced over Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.

On the other hand, Abu Dhabi Police urged motorists to drive safely during unstable weather.
Motorists have been urged to reduce speed limit to 80km/h, maintain safe distance, monitor weather forecasts and follow the precautionary instructions.
Motorists have also been urged to follow the speed limit posted on the emirate's roads during the foggy, dusty or rainy weather.
The maximum speed limit during such conditions will be displayed on the electronic signs and the smart towers installed on the roads, or as shown by text messages.
