Eid Al Adha celebrations begin in the UAE as thousands of Muslim devotees arrived at mosques for offering Eid prayers across UAE today (Tuesday).
Muslims around the world come together to commemorate Eid. On this occasion, UAE leaders greeted each other and the people of the nation on Tuesday.

UAE, Oman express solidarity with flood-hit European nations
The President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has sent cables of greetings to kings, presidents and Emirs of Arab and Islamic countries.
His Highness Sheikh Khalifa expressed his wishes of good health and happiness to the leaders and wished further progress and prosperity to the Arab and Muslim peoples.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also sent similar greetings to Arab and Islamic leaders on the auspicious occasion.
The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince also conveyed Eid Al Adha greetings to the people of the UAE and the frontline workers in all fields of humanitarian work and their families.

His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, shared Eid Al Adha greetings with Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed and other UAE leaders.
His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, also sent messages of congratulations to heads of state across Arab and Islamic nations, wishing them, and their people, good health, progress, and prosperity.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, also sent similar Eid greetings and congratulatory messages, to the UAE leadership, Deputy Rulers, and Crown Princes, and heads of Arab and Islamic nations.
