The Indian Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Class 12 results on Friday, with remarkable success rate.
The authorities said that a total of 99.37% students cleared the examination.
The officials also categorically released the percentage of boys and girls clearing the tests. It was learnt that 99.13 per cent are boys and 99.67 per cent are girls in the passing category.
The CBSE released a statement that read the pass percentage of female students is 0.54 per cent more than male students.
It also said that despite the impact of COVID-19, the Class 12 results in Kendriya Vidyalayas were remarkable with a 100 per cent success rate.
The Central Tibetan Schools results also saw 100 per cent success rate.
The board had called off the Class 12 examinations due to the pandemic. Students were evaluated through an internal assessment system.
The authorities said that Class 10 results would likely to be declared in the coming week.
The results were made available to students on the CBSE’s official website.
Students are advised to download their results using their unique roll number and print copies it for official use. Students can use Digilocker to acquire the marksheets.
Apart from this, students can also get the result through SMS.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated all the students. Modi wrote on Twitter, “Congratulations to my young friends who have successfully passed their Class XII CBSE examinations. Best wishes for a bright, happy and healthy future.
