An explosion hit a Syrian military bus in Damascus on Wednesday morning, a number of people were reportedly wounded.
According to the Syrian state news agency SANA one person was killed and three were injured.

The explosion happened in the bus while it was near the entrance of a heavily fortified Republican Guards housing compound in the west of the Syrian capital, SANA said.
The explosion was caused by a short circuit in the fuel tank of the bus, according to the report.
A source with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be named, said at least ten people were wounded.
