Talking to Gulf Today, Al Mansouri, CEO and founder Eva Interiors, said that “we started on a small scale and grew gradually. The journey was not easy especially last year with the pandemic. It was difficult for everyone. Our employees were working hard to carry our high-end design projects from the Royal Family of Fujairah to other dignitaries from other emirates,” she said.
Today the firm has expanded its operations to cover all emirates, and is considered one of the leading operations in the UAE with global recognition.
Al Mansouri is regionally recognised as an architecture and interiors expert, with a deep-rooted understanding of the UAE culture and experience in contemporary aesthetics. She is often hosted in leading Arab and regional TV shows and her works are published in numerous publications.
The certificate of accreditation awarded for the best work environment for 2021, granted by the American organisation “Great Place to Work”, was based on the questionnaire of the confidence index that was presented to employees to measure their experience in the company’s work environment.
Al Mansouri expressed her happiness and said that “the recent award is a great achievement for our whole employees who worked hard and showed their satisfaction in working while sharing their feelings with the survey team who granted us 98 per cent scores based on the satisfaction of our employees in the environment which they liked throughout the years.”
